My weight is reducing day by day and I feel I am becoming more weak. Back ache is very frequent for me and I get tired very soon. Stamina is also low.
My vit D count at present is 10.18 Ng/unit. Even after increasing diet I didn't find any difference in past 4 months. Especially my legs, thighs and arms muscles have become week.
Please help me develop good stamina and gain weight.
