Hello dear
Your calf pain could be due to recent overexertion or exercises.
However, if no such event, i would want to screen you for vitamin deficiencies which needs to be repleted.
That being said there are serious causes for calf pain too like DVT which can only be ruled out by a detailed history and preferably examination in person.

I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, if you feel swelling over back of knee, get a local region USG to rule out possibility of Polplteal cyst..
