Believe to be Gynecomastia. Advice.

I am 25 years old male. I have my left breast swelling(specifically formation of hard tissue in and around my nipple) I would like to kindly request u to examine my situation (which i will he mention below) and give me a sincere advice. Thank you I am a sporty person since i was a kid. I play almost all outdoor games and I have been playing football all my life till my gradation from college. It was last year (july 2016) i completely stop from playing every games. Apart from stop playing, i was in mental stress due to exam stress. After all these it was last month or so(march 2017),,i noticed my left breast started swelling and its not getting any better. So please can anyone give me sincere idea what is going on with me and natural solution. Thank you
