Belly after c-section delivery
I had my c-section delivery on May 2019 I didn wear belt after c-section delivery .if I wear belt now .will my belly get reduced

Belly will reduce only with diet and proper abdominal wall excercise.Reduce carbohydrates eat more of high fibre diet and protein like sproutedbeans which will improve the breast milk too.you can try plank excercise crunches reverse crunches and lying down and doing cycling.

Hi. Start doing abdominal excercises to tighten the muscles . Reduce oily and starchy foods . Loosing weight will also reduce the abdominal fat .

Belly  is not related to use or not using abdominal belt at all. U have to  modify ur diet and do abdominal excersises to reduce the fat . As  it's now 1 year u can start doing  walk , and abdominal exercise to reduce belly as well as pregnancy weight too
