Bertolotti syndrome
Pain in Lower back and Thai since 5 months , MRI report describes Bertolotti syndrome. This is a uncommon desease please check it and suggest me.

In initial stages of this syndrome physiotherapy is helpful to relieve pain using modalities like IFT and Ultrasound alongwith this you need to stretch you back muscles and strengthen core too. Try conservative treatment for atleast 2 months if the pain is still persistent then your surgeon might perform a small surgery to dissect the extra bone growth.
