Hello. Fibromyalgia treatment is not something that can be handled by a single specialist. Patient will require graded exercise, physiotherapy, counselling, lifestyle changes along with treatment of certain vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
This is not exactly a disease that orthopedicians specialize in.
Next Steps
The best option would be to see a Neurologist or General physician who can guide the patient through the treatment options as it varies for each individual.
