Hello, There are many available flouride toothpaste in the market. You could use any of them. I would personally advice you enafix toothpaste if available in your area. It has more flouride then regular toothpaste that will prevent further decay if used twice a day. Post a few months you can switch back to colgate total You could use gummex as a gum paint to massage your gums.
