Your vitamin D levels indicate that you have severe vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D supplementatations either in the form of vitamin D injection or vitamin D oral suspension is required for you. But at the same time, doctors want to know whether you have any clinical signs and symptoms. Based on that the mode of therapy (oral or injection) and duration of therapy can be decided.
Next Steps
1. Consult a physician or general practitioner in your area. 2. You can take Syr.Arachitol-nano (60000 IU) 5ml orally once a week for 8 weeks. (better to consult a doctor & then take this vitamin D oral suspension). After 8 weeks of treatment, reassess vitamin D levels. If levels are sufficient, then once a month booster for next 1-2year will be sufficient to keep your vitamin D levels within normal limits.
Health Tips
1. Daily Walking for 20-30minutes under morning & evening sunlight (between 6am to 8am and 4pm to 6pm) exposing skin to sunlight will help to increase your vitamin D levels to a great extent.
