Best milk for 1 year 6 months baby
I used to give full cream milk to my 1 year 6 months old baby and his stool was hard. Someone advised to give toned milk and we have started giving toned milk for 1 week but his stool is still very hard. There is no improvement at all. Which milk should we give him to feed.

Fibre content is important in diet so try to give your baby plenty of green leafy vegetables, Smash fruits and other top feeding like rice, Khichdi, porridge etc.
