Beta HCG level 1228 mul/ml
My wife menstrual cycle date was 28th Dec, still she has not got it. She tested with urine test kit and 2 lines were shown. Dark at C level and little darkish line on T level.
Today we went for Beta hcg test and report says 1228 mul/ml.
Does it mean positive pregnancy?

Yes its positive .. you can repeat the same test after 48hours to confirm doubling...have to wait for ultrasound to be visualized anything

According to due date (28 dec) she is 6 days missed period,
B hcg report says 3 weeks pregnant... it matches
Get done her sonography at month end

It's positive.
You have to visit gynecologist for ultrasound and confirm the the pregnancy and it's location.

Yes. It means a positive pregnancy but till the bhcg doesn't reach a value of about 1500-2000 it won't show on the ultrasound.
Its also important not to miss an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in the fallopian tube) so it's essential you visit a gynecologist.

B hcg is positive. But to know whether it is a viable pregnancy, a sonography needs to be done somewhere around completion of 2 months. That is in January last week.
