Dear Sir, I have been facing pain in my right arm bicep since February, 2017, whenever I am curling my arm. I have been doing regular gym. However, I have stopped Bicep curls since then. All the following treatments are being done till now: 1. Ice pack application 2. Dry needling 3. Electrical analgesic treatment 4. Ultrasound therapy 5. medicine
