Big size of testis
My testis are big nd due to that sometimes i get strain in my nerves going down below which is present on waist nd due to that strain my testis gets swelled nd it pain a lot until my strain doesn't get relieved. Can anyone tell me what do we call this problem and the solutions please. And is there anyway i can reduce my testis size?

You are suffering from strain on testis cords . That’s why you gets pain
Firstly You need to do Local ultrasonography to check whether testis are normal or not .
If testis are normal in appearance in ultrasonography.
