Bilateral complex adnexal cyst
I've been diagnosed with bilateral complex adnexal cyst with fine internal echoes 65×45mm right and 54x42mm left. Ultrasound report suggested more likely bilateral chronic endometrioma than T.O cyst. What does it mean? And is it possible to cure by meedicines or laproscopy is suggested? Will it affect fertility?

If you are not married and no pain and it's just an incidental finding on ultrasound ,you can wait for surgery .  If you are already married and having difficulty in conception ,then a meticulous surgery is required . Get S. AMH done before Surgery . Oocyte freezing can be done if AMH is low .
