hernia is a defect in inguinal region. it cannot be cured by medicines alone. surgery is the only option.
Next Steps
avoid weight lifting if you have long standing cough or constipation take treatment for that. which may cause hernia even after surgery

Hello, In my opinion you should get operated. Since your hernia is bilateral, it can get complicated any time and then you will have to get operated in emergency.

You can  take homeopathic medicines ,cause  you  don't have any pain .just  take early  treatment so you could  avoid  surgery.

Now it is not painful.... But if you will left untreated then the pain can occur. So better to take treatment. Otherwise some complications can start.So better to take proper treatment. You can consult me online for further case taking and treatment or else you can go for Laparoscopic Surgery.
