I am 26 years old and recently married. Exactly 3 months back, due to pain in my testicles i went to urologist and had diagonsed a bilateral grade 2 varicocele. Doctor suggessted to use ibuprofen when ever i get a pain and also said it leads to infertility.Doctor asked me to take semen test and go with surgery if my wife is not concived with in a year. i am having bearable pain after intercourse. i am having pain in bowel movement and when i touch/squee the testicles i am getting heavy pain. i am also having digestive problem, In addition to that i always wake up with gas and loose stools in morning. All of my problem will get solve in any alternative medicines?

Hello there..... Not all varicoceles require surgery. Surgery has the potential to cause testicular damage.....
However, the primary treatment of varicoceles is surgery and indications include:
Pain....infertility ...To prevent testicular atrophy..... All methods involve ligation of veins to prevent abnormal blood flow. The recurrence rate is usually less than 10%....
