I had ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis. Impression is showing bilateral polycystic ovaries.what does it mean. I can't get pregnant naturally?

Pcos doesn't mean you cnt gt pregnant naturally. Its a genetic disease which s controllable with diet , exercise and medications. If you are ovulating then definitely you cn conceive naturally
