Bilirubin is 1.9
I am having pain all over the penis including urethra. My urologist told that bilirubin is increased which is causing burning and yellowishness in urine. Also, I was having red spots which have become wound now. Is it possible that bilirubin can cause all this type of pain? Penile pain is there even if it is flaccid. Guide something.

Your complaints really need good medical intervention at earliest. Thourough assessment of the case is very necessary. 1.9 bilirubin is slightly higher, we need all other values too, like SGPT, SGOT etc. Sonography also seems necessary.
Next Steps
so meet personally to some good doctor and get the condition diagnosed properly. wishing you good health..

Normal values of direct bilirubin range from 0 to 0.4 mg/dL.Total bilirubin (direct and indirect) range from about 0.2 to 1.2 mg/dL A total bilirubin level below 1.9 mg/dL can be considered normal, though many symptoms, such as jaundice, do not begin to appear until it reaches about 2.5 mg/dL. (Values slightly changes with laboratories.) Increased bilirubin levels cause  more yellowish discoloration of urine. Please do go for any direct or online consultation personally with clear reports and explanations.
