Bimalleolar broken ankle but dint prescribed calcium.
My age is 26, My doctor dint ask for calcium. Had some cuts and injuries. Please suggest should I take calcium by myself or not.

Normally orthopaedic prescribe calcium n vitamin D after fracture that help to heal fracture faster but in ur case you orthopaedic has not prescribed calcium ,
U may have enough calcium or any other reason, Dr is y he has not prescribed
