My wife has bipolar depression presently she is taking following medicines Lithosin SR Twice a day Prodep 20 MG Twice a day Prothaiden 75 mg once at night Her hands trembling unable to hold cup and restlessness is there

This may be the side effects of Lithium. Add Tab Ciplar LA 40mg once daily. Or Lithium can be changed. Consult your Psychiatrist.
