Bipolar disorder always in depression

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I always feel I am unable to do things.I am blank usualy(no ideas) or have negative thoughts. Slow in all work. Don't like doing anything. Feel like crying. I have low self esteem. Currently having 1 pill modalert 100mg in the morning. 1 nexto 5mg & depakota 250mg. How should I go about.
