Bipolar disorder
I'm not sure about it but I think my friend has bipolar disorder. He gets aggressive all of the sudden. First he is very emotional about something and asks questions softly and then all of the sudden he starts screaming and asking same questions aggressively and with terrific facial expression.

Hello, common symptom of mania in bipolar disorder include increased talk, increased self esteem, making tall claims, increased energy in body, decreased need for sleep and easy distraction. It also may be associated with grandiose ideas about self. It may be triggered by a stressor
