Bipolar Dosage Increase Reg
I was taking Sertaline 100mg 1-0-0 Lithium SR 400mg 1-0-0 Quitipine 200mg 0-0-1 Alproxolam 0.5mg 0-0-1 Due to some OCD problem, I consulted a Psychiatry Doctor last week. He shifted the morning dose Sertaline 100mg increased to 150mg asked me to take at Night along with Quitipine 300mg (newly increased) For the last two days I have chest pain. Whether I hv to go for my original dosage or if I cut down 100mg Quitipine this cheats pain will get over?

Cause of the chest pain can be many ranging from simple acidity to any heart problem. And therefore it needs to be evaluated...the drugs u have mentioned can sometimes cause changes in ECG..so if Ur chest pain is severe consult a physician to rule out heart problem if any..

Dont decrease or change the dosage of medications as it is not related to chest pain.but if you are having severe chest pain kindly consult a physician near by to rule out causes if it.
