Birth control pills
I am on the 5th day of my periods today. Can I start taking birth control pills today? Do I have to wait for 1 week to have sex without protection if I take it now?

See ideally we start at day 2 , but day 5 is not late but i would like to advise you to use condom also from 8 th day to 17 th day to increase the effectivity of the contraceptive because Estro plus progesterone levels takes time to build up in the body
