There is always a chance of pregnancy because no method of contraception is 100 % successful. Instead of going by your frequency of passing urine you should go for beta HCG level.

For a birth control pill to act as a contraceptive it should be taken from day one of the periods if you take it from day 5 then the contraceptive benefit starts after 7 days frequent urination could be a sign of urinary tract infection get a test called urine routine

You will get period after a week of stopping pill. Check for pregnancy if you miss your period.
