  3. Bitten by Monkey. Sensation is there.

I'm currently travelling and I was bitten by monkey about an hour ago, I could reach hospital only after 45 minutes of bite. Doctor gave TT & ARV injections and instructed to take 3 more doses in the next 2 months. After getting back to the room I have washed the bitten area with dettol soap. Is there anything else I have to do.. Pls suggest. It's paining and burning sensation is there.

Wash the affected area with antiseptic solution and apply antiseptic cream named Betadine cream locally,thrice daily.
Next Steps
take antibiotics as  mono cef 200mg BD daily up to five days regularly. anti rabbbies vaccination full course for complete cure and relief.
