My 2 teeth in the front overlap each other. There's something black under my teeth and im unable to clean it using a dental floss. Please tell me how can i cure this?

Although it’s good to floss but this won’t go away with flossing since this is dental caries (cavity). A good composite filling is one of the treatment options you can go for.
You will need to visit a dentist in order to get your tooth filled with an aesthetic filling material preferably composite

You can also consider getting orthodontic or braces treatment done in order to correct the alignment of your teeth as malaligned teeth can lead to increased food deposition and subsequently dental caries
