Black bleeding in periods
I,have been facing a problem with black bleeding during periods from 1 st day to last day since 2 years and i' m having problem of PCOD .what can i do to prevent black bleeding

This is 'Krishnaartav' - a condition of women caused by Vata vitiation. Needed to take procedure of Aartav Shudhi at home by drinking decoction made of combos of herbs sent by us. Pl consult online giving full history or meet personally

Start taking green left veg and avoid curd esp at night, potato and rice in excess to be avoided.

For the time being take Phalkalyan ghrit in milk at night for few weeks or until next consultancy

As per details it is clear that menstrual blood is not properly forming.. the quality is changed. A "Vata" origin problem. Good to get a correction for cause in lifestyle related to food sleep activity
