Hi there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a photo of the lesion. Without a photo, it is very difficult to tell what you are describing. From the description above you could be suffering from just post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. But very difficult to tell without clinical examination. So kindly consult a nearby dermatologist for further evaluation.
