Hello sir Am getting black watery motions since 3 days every time like water with black. And every time dark yellow urine am getting pls advice reason and tab any. Thanks Whether this is the reason am having tooth pain since 3 days attached photo .is that related to that pls tell or may tab

Tooth related infections can lead to gi infections also. Get stool test. Other tests for infection may also be needed. Consult a physician. Get treated
