Black patches on skin

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Black patches on skin taken fungal treatment many times but no effect 7 years ago..one doctr in lady Harding prescribed a moisturizing lotion to apply for 3 days BD and dead skin gets peeled out and becomes very clear and even skin please suggest me any medicine or lotion so that it gets clear
