Black patches on skin

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have got dark black patches on neck part, backside of my body and my 2full hands. I had fair complexity before all over these areas n my skin was even toned everywhere. All of sudden these dark sun burn like patches started and it's seeming more now. Please find the attached photos of my hand and neck n suggest me good medicine. Thanks in advance.
