Black pimple behind ears
Hi doctor, I have a black pimple shaped thing behind my ears. It is there for more than 6 months . I am suspecting dandruff as I have that problem. There is no pain , but feeling to scratch it every time.can I apply pimple medicine (clinmiskin) on it? Attaching screenshot

Looks like a mole. Visit a local dermatologist. It may be removed by a simple procedure RF Cautery.
