It is eczema. Does it itch? Since when have you had these lesions?

Apply coconut oil 2 times per day on the leg.
Avoid itching the area as it will become thicker the more you itch/scratch or rub.
If the itching is intense then you will need to take some oral medicines which can be prescribed to you.
Do not apply anything like Dettol or Savlon which will make it more dry.
