Black spot on inside of cheek
I have reccently noticed this black spot on the inside of my cheek similar to a burn it does not hurt at all .when i rubbed my tongue across one part felt a little rough.im nervous that it is cancer .im beyond scared .i do have a wisdom tooth coming in on the side where i have a dark spot on cheek .i may have eating something hot or maybe bit my cheek in my sleep.help please
