Black spot under my toe

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Hi, I do a lot of fencing and my back foot moves a lot and a lot of pressure of my big toe on my back foot. After fencing long hours I tend to get blisters which is normal but today after fencing I have a black spot under that toe. Any ideas or advice? Thanks
