I have tried many creams and face wash to reduce black spots , but no change . My skin type is oily .

The black spots may be clogged oil glands. May be worsened by friction, pollution, external oil application or comedogenic creams as well as internal increase in sebaceous activity. A dermatologist will suggest topical medications.
