without clinical examination it is not possible to say anything, it would be better that you visit a dentist and show him.

We need to have a direct examination of the area and a complete history as to when did it appear or has it been there from childhood. Is it increasing in size or not etc.
Only then we can know whether its a normal or anything to be worried of.
