Black spots over skin since 3 yrs

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Black spots over skin since 3yrs and increasing in number and spread all parts of body,specialy over back ,abdomen, thigh. Now some spots over neck. My all reports are normal LFT, THYROID, BLOOD PROFILE, LIPID PROFILE...What's is the cause and treatment...
