Hi, Do not try Baking Soda etc in mouth, it may damage the gums also you can end up with sensitivity. Get your Teeth Cleaning / Scaling Done. If it is just a Stain,It will be removed by Scaling. If it is a Tooth Decay ,Dentist will do Filling. Get it Checked.

Please go and visit nearby dentist, its not a serious issue. Might be stains or caries, but if u leave it untreated it may convert into serious.

Best thing would be to kill the dental phobia and show it to a dentist. Dentist would do scaling and remove all stains which would be a much better option to follow
