And he also cleaned the black stains using one treatment (a machine producing one liquid and a blade removing the stains). Again this black stains coming within 6 months. Till now, I have cleaned three times. But again it is coming. how can I get rid of this? And have a white teeth like others? It also affects my self confidence.I am a teetotaler. I cn understand ur worry but trust me there is nothing to worry regarding thos black stains, and it's not any vitamin deficiencies or anything like that ,it's normal, and it's good to hear that u do observ ur teeth and take care of it,I appreciate that.the procedure which u hv undergo is called scaling or cleaning..it's a normal procedure to clean ur teeth from food deposits and stains.it has to be done once in 6 months for everyone, most of them won't do it and end up n cavity and other issues later..but for u u are conscious abt ur oral health.abt the black stains it cn be due to life style,if u hv more tea, coffee,or if u smoke much,u may get black stains, nothing to worry.if u want white colour then u shd do bleaching, but even after that the colour will come back after 6-8 months ..so chill the normal tooth color is yellowish white..be confident
Next Steps
nothing to worry, don't let ur confidnce down bcz of this issue.be confident it's simple as that.. I
Health Tips
if u take two much beverages ,make sure that u rinse ur mouth after taking them so that u cn avoid the stain getting stuck to ur teeth.
