My 9 year old has developed few black heads and some pimples like on his nose .his skin is oily .any medicine which I can use.

Pimples can develop at any age. Avoid creams on the face and consult dermatologist for pimples treatment. Shampoo twice weekly to reduce dandruff. Take medical help early to prevent black marks and scars.
