Blacking of dry skin with irritation
For the past 10 months, I've had a rash due to my dry skin on multiple patches on my leg. They've become black and the irritation has increased. After the application of Vaseline, the rashes seem to go away, only to return back after I stop the regular application of Vaseline. Please help.
