I have since my teenage after post pregnancy got more black I have shown to cosmetologist she suggested skin polishing but is that possible to get clear whitening on neck and face without side-effects please suggest me.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Unless the cause of pigmetation is also addressed, skin polishing is going to achieve nothing. Moreover skin polishing is a very old procedure. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
