My height is 5"11 n weight is 89 kg. My skin colour is avg. Dark.but under my neck, underarms, thighs has black patches. Can you please help me how to remove those or which doctor or whatever medication help me.

Greetings! thanks for your query.
The description of black patches could be due to a skin condition known as "Acanthosis nigricans". It can be caused by obesity and few other underlying conditions. Once the underlying condition is treated the black patches improve spontaneously.
I would recommend you to see the Dermatologist in the first instance for thorough evaluation of the problem and if necessary some blood tests ( to rule diabetes etc.)
