Bladder is not getting emptied fully
I am 47 years old . Whenever I urinate ,the force of urination is not as much as it was earlier.Also feel the incomplete urination.I am at the border as far as blood sugar is concerned.I do walk for 2-3 km everyday and 5- 10 km every weekend.

U could be having a urethral stricture,consult a urologist for this.

Got ur concern, though it's unfortunate, though so many causes behind Ur issue but most common is Enlarged prostate.
Sure ur surgeon will sort it out after USG whole abdomen and pelvis with couple of blood teats
