Blank kind of spot present all over head

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi doctor, black spot arise on my head skin. I came to know when i remove all my hair. It spread a lot. I asked doctor about it but he tolded that will check one we complete few medication. Under medication now but not sure what it is. Could you please help?
