  4. Blastocyst and Duphaston. Be the reason?

Hi, I recently went through a blastocyst transfer on 19th Sep. My eggs are of good quality, endometrium lining is good but I have leg cramps and burning sensation inside ny vagina. One of my fallopian tubes has a blockage and I have a history of one iui and one fresh transfer fail. I am on Duphaston,progynova 3times a day, Susten 400mg and consevel twice a day and thyronorm, d rise, mcbm and ecospirin once a day. Last tine after my fresh transfer my e2p4 was good and in two days the Betahcg was low. What could be the reason?
