I have bilateral Sacrolitis (done mri)..I have pain near my hip area.I have done some extra blood test.And myC reactive protein was bit high..my fatherhas spondytise hlab+ive Basically it started before 3-4 months back.it was severe initially but it has come down(and it's less now..but not going to completely) after doing some massage and homeopathic medicine but I had left medicine before 1.5 months back only.After doing consultation with Dr he suggested me for indocap Sr 75(7 days)and some gastric + calcuim supplement as described in medication.section.aftrr 1 week caurse of NSAID I was planning to go with some ayurvedic treat,Now my problem is I am having headche(previously I used to get haed ache after my periods.then after taking some beetroot it used to go off and this is case I have not faced recently from 6 months)...this time I have even not got my periods..it has 4 days delay ..I have got periods previously also with delay.But problem here is with headache... Please help me.

Meet a rheumatologist .and if needed a physician. They need to see you thoroughly before planning  management on you for long term.since yours is not a simple problem.

Kindly consult a gynae. Doctor as well. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
