Dear Dr Goel ji Good evening. Presently My IOP 4mm Hg so advised me if bleb revision surgery Performed my Vision Decrease ???. My Trabeculactomy done 75 days ago I am watching TV or Laptop please advised.I Am taking FLUPRED Eye Drops BD. Any other Treatments of HYPOTONY Please advised me.

yes you need bleb reconstruction done. the only thing which is likely to be, is,you may develop astigmatism due to which you will have to change the number of your glasses.
