Bleeding after intercourse

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am seeing occurrence of bleeding after the intercourse.. I am continuously seeing it from past 4-5 times. What could be the reason for this? This is not the first time intercourse is being done. We have been trying for pregnancy from past 6-7 months. Than you.
